Returns and exchanges

For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the picture below 10 MB.

Our Solutions:
1. DHE Beauty’s responsibility

  • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange.
  • Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or resend for free a replacement at our expense.

2.Customer’s responsibility

  • If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges. All returns and cancellations are subject to each store’s specific policy. Returned or cancelled orders may void Cash Back and be deducted from your Cash Back Balance, depending on the store’s policy. If a store processes your exchanged order as a cancellation and a new transaction is created, the exchange may be treated as a cancelled order.

To ensure you receive Cash Back on exchanged orders, you can instead return the item and place an entirely new order at that store. Just make sure to start your shopping with DHEBeauty.net.

Most items, except those listed below, purchased on our affiliate sites may be returned to the fulfillment center of that respective affiliate or to your local affiliate brand store. In general, your return should meet these guidelines:

  • Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging/tags including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.
  • Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.
  • Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
  • Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging or when you visit the store.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned,they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Exceptions to Regular Online Returns

Unless there was a mistake on our part; our warranty does not apply to the following product categories:

  • Clothing: Swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and clearance items, any discounted items and Virus Prevention items including : All masks, disposable protective clothing and other protective gear that comes in direct contact with skin of humans and animals. If DHE Beauty made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  • Furniture and Salon Equipment: These items cannot be returned directly to the fulfillment center without prior authorization. Please call the customer care number of the respective affiliate brand for more information on returning these items. Please note, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
  • Online Only: Items available online only must be returned to our fulfillment center and cannot be returned to a store.
  • Store Purchases: Merchandise purchased at a store cannot be returned to the fulfillment center.
  • Hair Extensions, Body Jewelry and Piercing Implements, Clipper Blades and Other Blades, and Fashion Earrings: Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of these items.
  • Electrical Items and Shears: These may be returned to the respective affiliate brand fulfillment center within 30 days of delivery, or to a respective affiliate brand store within 60 days of delivery. Please note, your packing list/receipt is needed for in-store returns.   • Clipper and Trimmer Sales are Final Clippers and trimmers are all sales final. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued in-store on clippers and trimmers that are unused, in the original packaging, and with a receipt purchased within the last 60 days.
  • Klarna and PayPal: Items shipped to you that have been purchased with Klarna or PayPal must be returned to the respective affiliate brand fulfillment center and cannot be returned to a store.
  • Promotional and Free Items: Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for a return to be processed. Promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves
  • Tips for Delivery Drivers: For orders fulfilled via 2-hour delivery, tips cannot be refunded.

AMENDMENTS. DHE Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms. Should DHE Beauty seek to make such an amendment, which we determine is material in our sole discretion, we shall:

(a) Provide you notice by email of said change 15 days prior to the change going into force, and
(b) Publish on the home page the fact an amendment will be made.

Should a court of competent jurisdiction rule this Amendment provision invalid, then this Amendment clause shall be terminated as part of this agreement. All amendments to the Terms shall be forward looking.
